“I am a professor of Psychiatry at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Here since 1976, I have done inpatient hospital psychiatry for three decades, consultation/liaison practice for several years, and currently am involved in a psychogeriatrics program. I have interest in general adult psychiatry, general medicine, drug abuse, pharmacology, and geriatrics.

For over three decades, I have hosted an externship program to help international physicians from all over the world gain experience in America and get residencies in this country. Also, I sponsor foreign medical student exchanges. Through out my career, I have enjoyed academic medical writing, and recently was appointed as faculty writing mentor for my department.”
